§ 03 · ProfileProduct designer who came up through art direction.
I started in art direction and brand identity, and spent 15 years there. Along the way I added digital product and design systems. Now I push into creative engineering: creative coding and AI workflows. The edge is the mix: a senior art director's eye, a product brain, and the technical hands to go past the prototype and ship it.
What I learned in brand became a tool in product: discovery, interface, usability testing, iteration on metrics. I've led teams, mentored junior designers, and managed vendors and partners across long cycles. I've worked in private companies, agencies, and government bodies.

§ 04 · Notes & experimentsThe design system the AI actually reads
The design system the agent applies isn't a Figma file or a brand PDF. It's three text files, and it reads them better than I do.
The designer became an orchestrator
I stopped pushing pixels one by one and started directing an agent. The design decision is still mine; the execution turned into a conversation.
The design portfolio bug in 2026
Nobody reads a portfolio, they scan it. The most common mistake isn't a lack of work, it's the order: process before the result.
Strategy before the logo
When a client says "it doesn't feel right," they're not being difficult. They're telling me I skipped the strategy and went straight to the visual.
UX audits with parallel agents
You can audit a prototype with several agents at once, each one playing a different persona. The hard part isn't running it, it's deciding who audits.
A data contract generated from the design
The prototype spits out the TypeScript the dev plugs in. Less guessing between design and code, more decisions recorded where they matter.
